Frankly the implementation was alright, I think there were too many projects to vote for and it introduced a lot of randomness in the ranking. I also suspect malicious voting as I noticed many anonymous votes right after I shared my project on the forum. I question whether voting should be made public, at least partially (just the names without the votes). I am also disappointed and surprised to see so many buggy projects ranking higher than mine!
In any case, I appreciate your games and so do some of my friends I share them with. If you wanna team up for a later jam let me know, could be fun!

Yes, you can feel my pain. It's all because I didn't implement the limitation well. The main thing is not to give up and try again and again.
